I think it's ok for marriage - it's a good idea for a PRGRAM though! Something cheap and useful! Write down everything about the parade and ceremony in the fan and you can then on that day or later!

Frankly, if the place has air conditioning, I would try another option. Personally, I would probably not use, and it would be a waste of money for you. There are so many ways encouraged, stock, or go without. But your parents and friends will remember their day so special.
